KYROS Radiators have the new Equilibrium energy saving mode, which forces to the radiator to work at 19ºC in Manual Mode to save energy and improve efficiency.
The new generation of KYROS products includes new preset programming options which allow, with just the touch of a button, the quick selection of the program that best fits the particular needs of every user, depending on their lifestyles. With this, Rointe facilitates the programming of their products, alleviating any need for custom programming.

If you wish to return your goods we aim to make this process as simple as possible.
The guidelines below will assist you in returning any damaged or faulty goods.

Returns must be unused, in original packaging and returned to the Distribution Centre (see address below).
Carriage cost for returns is at the customers expense.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns to any of our YESSS branches.
The company reserves the right to make a 20% inspection and re-stocking fee on certain products.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
We have strict quality controls but in the event of a product failure within a 30 day period, goods can be returned using the above 30 day guarantee. Please return all items along with the invoice and your completed RNA with your authorisation number.
Over the 30 day period we will either offer to repair the defective goods or send a replacement or equivalent item of the same value.
