Need to return something from your order? No problem! We can take items back for up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. This is the quickest way for us to process your return. Simply take your item(s) into your local branch, along with your proof of purchase and our team will process an exchange or refund for you.

All refunds will be issued as a credit to your YESSS Trade Account.
The company reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee.
Don’t worry, the majority of our items will come with a manufacturer warranty. If your item develops a fault and is outside of our 30 day return window, just get in touch with your local branch or give our Customer Care team a call. We’ll do our best to get the problem sorted quickly and depending on the circumstances offer a repair, replacement or refund.
