With experienced in-house drivers at every branch (we have over 95!) and a central distribution warehouse to back up our growing network, your order will arrive with you the next 24 - 48 hours in 90% of locations. If you need your items today, find your nearest branch and give them a call to see if they can help.
Delivery is free when you spend over £50 and only £5.95 ex VAT for anything below. Mainland UK only.
If you order before 3pm weekdays, for any UK Mainland order, you will receive it the next 24 - 48 hours.

If your items are being delivered by our in-house drivers, we won’t be able to provide you with a tracking number - although we’ll give you a call when we’re on our way. Some larger orders that are being sent on a pallet, may not provide a tracking service online too. However, if you give your branch a call - they’ll be able to see it’s progress.
As our branch network closes early on a Saturday, all orders placed after Friday at 12pm will not be processed and dispatched until Monday for delivery Tuesday. If you need your items sooner - give your branch a call!
Returns go through our usual process which can be found on our Returns page. But in short, just bring back your goods to your local branch and they’ll get it sorted.
Depending on which of our couriers is delivering your order, they may leave you a calling card to arrange delivery at a more convenient time.
